Your Clean Fluid Stays Clean
Our Closed System Cooling Tower protects your cooling fluid by keeping it completely sealed from the air. The fluid runs inside a closed coil, so no dirt enters, algae cannot grow, and scale formation from evaporation is eliminated. This tower works with pure water, deionized water, glycol, or heat transfer oil. It handles standard AC applications (37 °C in / 32 °C out) as well as high-temperature operations (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). Water flow ranges from 8 m³/h to 2,000 m³/h. Its main job is keeping your sensitive fluid pure-and it does so reliably.
Two Coil Materials for Different Fluids
You can choose the coil material according to your fluid. 304 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, while copper offers superior heat transfer. For glycol-based fluids, we use larger pipes to maintain easy flow during winter. Fans range from 0.8 m to 12 m in diameter, with power from 0.75 kW to 270 kW, and airflow from 9,600 m³/h to 2,950,000 m³/h. Spray water is fully separated from your process fluid, so even if your spray water is dirty, your inside fluid remains clean. Three noise levels are available: Normal (64–78 dB(A)), Low (55–75 dB(A)), and Super Low (50–70 dB(A)). Select the one suitable for your site.

We hold 57 patents: 46 utility models and 13 inventions. Our products are ISO 9001:2015 certified and passed the National Glass Fiber Test Center standards. Every unit undergoes a 100% inspection. The Closed System Cooling Tower ships in a sturdy iron frame. Standard production takes 1–3 months and never exceeds 6 months. Payment options include USD or RMB; for new clients, we prefer L/C at sight, or 30% TT deposit with 70% before shipment. Large orders may receive discounts-contact us for a quote.
