Built for Tough Factories That Run All Day
Our Closed Cell Cooling Tower is designed for heavy industry. We call it our industrial-strength model, capable of running over 6,000 hours per year-almost continuously. The coil walls are thicker than standard, and stainless steel coils can be made extra thick. Fan bearings are heavy-duty SKF type, and the fan cylinder has double reinforcement. This tower withstands heat, dust, and continuous operation, making it ideal for cement plants, steel mills, glass factories, and ceramics. It handles both standard AC (37 °C in / 32 °C out) and high-temperature processes (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). Water flow ranges from 8 m³/h to 2,000 m³/h, delivering strength where other towers fail.
Extra Coating for Longer Rust Protection
Additional protection ensures long-term durability. The water basin is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc layer at least 80 μm thick-far thicker than normal. Fans can reach up to 12 m in diameter, with power up to 270 kW and airflow up to 2,950,000 m³/h. The fan motor combines VFD and explosion-proof features. The coil is tilted and includes a top air valve, allowing you to drain it in 3 minutes-preventing freeze damage in winter and scale buildup in summer. Noise levels are adjustable with three options to meet your factory's environmental requirements.
Comprehensive Support Before, During, and After Sale
Our pre-sale service is extensive. An engineer assesses your work process and site conditions, then designs a custom plan. During production, we provide photos and videos so you can monitor your order. The Closed Cell Cooling Tower has passed CTI, ASME, and CQC tests. In 2011, both our open and closed towers passed the CTI test in the USA. After delivery, we provide training and keep spare parts ready, so you are never left with a broken machine.
