Longer Contact Time for Better Cooling

Our Composite Flow Evaporative Condenser draws air from both sides, increasing contact time with the spray water. This is especially helpful on hot days, keeping condensing pressure low. It is suitable for standard AC applications (37 °C in / 32 °C out) and high-temperature operations (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). Water flow ranges from 54 m³/h to 725 m³/h, making it ideal for medium-sized jobs such as cold storage rooms, food processing plants, dairies, and chemical batch cooling. The unit is sized appropriately-no extra capacity that you don't need.

No Dry Spots, No Scale Buildup

Air first passes through the fill area, then through the coil, ensuring both sides receive air simultaneously. This prevents dry spots, which in turn prevents scale buildup and extends coil life. Large nozzles and PP spray heads cover 130% of the design load, providing a high safety margin. Fans range from 2 m to 5.2 m in diameter, with power from 4 kW to 75 kW, and airflow from 65,682 m³/h to 877,000 m³/h. The Composite Flow Evaporative Condenser can also operate quietly, with the super low noise option at just 50–70 dB(A), making it suitable for installation near homes or shops.

Our factory has multiple assembly lines, with one line producing over 500 towers annually. We have a dedicated test center, running every finished unit for 72 hours to check performance. We hold CTI, ASME, and CQC certificates and accept third-party inspections. Customers can visit the factory or join a video call to see their unit. Units ship in a sturdy iron frame.
