Strong Heat Exchange in a Vertical Path
Our Counter Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower moves air upward and water downward, allowing them to pass each other. This creates the maximum temperature difference and delivers strong heat exchange. It works for both standard AC applications (37 °C in / 32 °C out) and high-temperature jobs (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). The cooler handles water flows from 8 m³/h up to 1,000 m³/h, covering a huge range. A single unit can cool anything from a small cold room to a large factory. The casing can be made from FRP, stainless steel, Galvalume steel, or concrete, so you can choose the material that best fits your site.
Even Air Flow for Long Life
The counter-flow design ensures even air velocity across the coil, preventing dry spots and dirt buildup. This extends the unit's lifespan. Fans can be as large as 6.5 m in diameter, with motor power up to 115 kW, achieving airflows of up to 1,250,000 m³/h. The spray pumps range from 0.55 kW to 15 kW × 2. The cooler is available in three noise levels, with the super low noise option operating at 50–70 dB(A), making it quiet enough for nighttime use. The smallest units can fit through a standard elevator, saving costs on lifting equipment. We consider your entire project, not just the tower.
Built in a Large Modern Factory
Our factory is located in the Jinggangshan Economic Zone, Jiangxi, covering 73 acres. We have six specialized workshops, including one dedicated to closed towers, producing over 500 units annually-ensuring fast delivery. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Our products have passed the China Quality Center test for energy and water efficiency. Each Counter Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower undergoes a full inspection before packing. We accept payments in USD and RMB. For custom products, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, or DDP-your choice.
