Jiangxi Fangzhou Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and service of cooling equipment across the entire industrial chain. Guided by our vision to "become a world-leading provider of cooling system solutions," and leveraging our large-scale production layout, intelligent manufacturing systems, and rigorous quality control, we provide efficient, energy-saving, and reliable cooling equipment-along with customized services-to dozens of industries, including electric power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, data centers, and commercial buildings.
Headquartered within a national-level intelligent manufacturing industrial park-the Jinggangshan National Economic and Technological Development Zone-the company occupies a total area of 73 mu. Our facilities comprise one comprehensive office building and six specialized production workshops, establishing a complete closed-loop production system that spans the entire process from core component machining to finished product assembly:
Structural Components Workshop: Equipped with high-precision CNC cutting machines, fully automated welding robots, large-scale bending machines, and other advanced equipment, this workshop processes over 100,000 tons of various steel structures and FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) components annually, providing high-strength, corrosion-resistant structural support for the main frames of our cooling towers.
Fill Media & Water Distribution Systems Workshop: Utilizing imported heavy-pressure molding processes and automated assembly lines, this workshop produces high-efficiency cooling tower fill media characterized by a large specific surface area, low airflow resistance, and superior heat exchange efficiency; its single-batch production capacity can reach up to 200,000 cubic meters.


Fans & Motors Assembly Workshop: Through independent R&D, we produce fans featuring low noise levels and high dynamic balance, ensuring that the operational efficiency of every fan unit exceeds 95%.
Closed-Circuit Cooling Towers Assembly Workshop: Featuring multiple automated assembly lines-each with an annual production capacity exceeding 500 units-this workshop is capable of fulfilling customized production orders for closed-circuit cooling towers with flow rates ranging from 50 m³/h to 2,000 m³/h.
Open-Circuit Cooling Towers Assembly Workshop: Employing a modular assembly model, this workshop can rapidly manufacture various types of open-circuit cooling towers-including counter-flow and cross-flow designs-to meet the specific requirements of different application scenarios, achieving an annual production capacity exceeding 2,000 units.
Testing & Commissioning Workshop: Equipped with an industry-leading cooling performance testing platform, this workshop can simulate diverse operating conditions-including high temperatures, high humidity, high altitudes, varying airflow rates, vibrations, and noise levels. Every finished product undergoes a rigorous 72-hour continuous operation test to ensure a 100% factory pass rate.

Production Equipment
Our company is equipped with a comprehensive suite of modern production and processing machinery for cooling equipment. Our inventory is extensive and covers a complete range of specifications, encompassing every stage of the manufacturing process-including cutting, punching, bending, welding, forming, and drilling. In total, our facility houses over 100 individual machines and production lines, which are continuously updated and upgraded. Our core equipment includes imported plasma cutters, various models of standard mechanical presses, as well as hydraulic processing machinery such as five-cylinder hydraulic presses, hydraulic plate bending machines, and hydraulic shearing machines. Additionally, we possess a diverse array of drilling equipment-ranging from combined drilling-tapping machines to radial drilling machines-as well as forming equipment, such as copper tube benders and frame bending machines.
In recent years, we have significantly expanded our arsenal of high-precision, state-of-the-art production equipment. In 2022, we acquired 150 sets of cooling tower molds; in 2024, we introduced nine brand-new production lines, including automated cold-forming machines for sheet metal components and lines for manufacturing stainless steel tubing. These new additions are integrated with advanced machinery-such as automated internal/external corner welding machines for tube headers, laser cutting lines for combined tube-and-plate processing, and CNC bending machines-and are supported by auxiliary facilities such as air compressors and cranes. This comprehensive infrastructure establishes an automated, large-scale production and processing capability, providing a robust hardware foundation that guarantees both superior product quality and exceptional production efficiency.
