No PVC Fill Means No Clogging
Our No Fill Spray Cooling Tower eliminates traditional PVC fill. Instead, hollow cone nozzles atomize hot water into a fine mist, covering a large area for effective cooling. This design is ideal for dirty water systems in steel mills, cement plants, and chemical reactors. Traditional fill clogs quickly under such conditions, but this tower keeps running reliably. It handles standard AC (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C), and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications. Water flow ranges from 80 m³/h to 1,000 m³/h, eliminating the need for fill replacement or cleaning.
Fast Start and High Heat Transfer
The atomized water droplets are only 0.5–1.5 mm in diameter, creating more surface area than a water film on conventional fill. This ensures rapid heat transfer, and the tower reaches full cooling in just 30 seconds-ideal for machines that cycle on and off frequently. Fans range from 1.8 m to 5.5 m in diameter, with power from 3 kW to 37 kW, producing airflow from 62,000 m³/h to 770,000 m³/h. The tower is available in three noise levels: normal (64–78 dB(A)), low (55–75 dB(A)), and super low (50–70 dB(A)). Low noise versions use sound padding to reduce high-pitched sounds generated by the spray.
