Air Moves Sideways for Less Resistance
Our Cross Flow Type Cooling Tower directs air across the fill from the side while water falls vertically. The crossing paths reduce air resistance by up to 30% compared to counter flow towers, saving energy. It handles standard AC (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C), and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications. Water flow ranges from 36 m³/h to 1,714 m³/h. This tower is lightweight-the smallest unit weighs just 2,694 kg-making it ideal for older factory roofs that cannot support heavier units.
Deep Water Basin Prevents Pump Problems
The deep water basin prevents the pump from drawing in air, avoiding air bubbles that can damage the pump. Fans range from 1.2 m to 5.5 m in diameter, with power from 1.1 kW to 75 kW, and airflow from 26,200 m³/h to 1,105,247 m³/h. The PVC fill performs three functions: it admits air, cools water, and captures droplets. The material is fire-resistant with an oxygen index of 35. This clean, simple design ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance.
