Our Concrete Counter Flow Industrial Cooling Tower is designed for massive cooling projects. It can be constructed on-site with poured concrete or assembled using precast panels. The tower handles water flows from 1,000 m³/h to 6,000 m³/h, exceeding the capacity of steel or FRP towers. It is suitable for medium heat (43 °C/33 °C) and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications, making it ideal for large refineries, oil plants, coal chemical facilities, steel mills, and power stations. The concrete structure provides exceptional resistance to wind and earthquakes, with a design life exceeding 30 years.
Industrial-Grade Fans and Gear Drives
The fan diameter ranges from 4.7 m to 10.36 m, with power from 37 kW to 250 kW, generating airflow up to 4,200,000 m³/h. Gearboxes use SKF or NSK bearings, with output torque between 129 N·m and 2,827 N·m. All electrical components are IP55-rated with Class F insulation. Fan blades are made of aluminum or FRP for a balance of light weight and strength. The gear-driven system eliminates belt maintenance, enabling continuous operation for up to 8,000 hours per year. Spray pumps are powered by motors from 16 kW × 2 up to 90 kW × 2, providing steady water flow year-round.
