Finned Tubes for Dual Benefits
Our Dry Wet Hybrid Cooling Tower features a front section with finned tubes that pre-condition the air before it reaches the wet spray zone. In summer, the fins reduce the heat load on the wet section, saving water. In winter, they suppress fog formation. This innovative design works for medium heat (43 °C/33 °C) and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications. Water flow ranges from 50 m³/h to 3,500 m³/h. By pre-cooling or pre-heating the air, this tower achieves 20–35% water savings-higher than standard fog-control towers.

Taller Design for Enhanced Heat Exchange
This tower is taller than the basic model to accommodate the finned tube section. Fins are made of aluminum or a copper-aluminum mix, providing a large surface area for efficient pre-cooling. Fan diameters range from 4.7 m to 10.36 m, with power from 45 kW to 280 kW. Airflow spans 55,000 to 2,970,000 m³/h. Spray pump setup remains the same (2.2–58 kW × 2) with pipe sizes DN100–DN500 × 2. Noise levels follow our three standards: normal (64–78 dB(A)), low (55–75 dB(A)), and super low (50–70 dB(A)), allowing quiet operation without sacrificing performance.
