Eliminate Winter Fog and Reduce Water Loss
Our Modular Low Drift Cooling Tower prevents the white fog commonly seen on cold days near airports, highways, and urban areas. It achieves this by mixing outgoing wet air with incoming dry hot air, reducing the moisture content below the fog formation threshold. This tower is suitable for medium heat (43 °C/33 °C) and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications. Water flow ranges from 50 m³/h to 3,500 m³/h. The system reduces water consumption by 15–30% and decreases visible fog by over 80%, helping you comply with environmental regulations and maintain good relations with neighbors.
Modular Design for Flexible Operation
The tower features a modular layout, allowing multiple smaller units to operate side by side. During low load periods, unused modules can be turned off or switched to dry mode, providing precise control. Finned tubes pre-heat incoming air or mix with outgoing wet air to suppress fog. Fan diameters range from 4.7 m to 10.36 m, with power from 45 kW to 280 kW. Airflow reaches 55,000 to 2,970,000 m³/h. Noise levels follow our three standards: normal (64–78 dB(A)), low (55–75 dB(A)), and super low (50–70 dB(A)), ensuring quiet operation even during fog control.

Fog control performance has been tested and certified by CTI. The tower also holds ASME and CQC certifications and undergoes third-party inspections. Each unit is thoroughly tested before shipment.
