Our Industrial Open Cooling Tower is designed for heavy industry environments such as steel, chemical, power, and cement plants. It handles challenging water conditions, rapid temperature changes, and minimal shutdown windows.

• Water flow: 36–6,000 m³/h
• Suitable for standard AC (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C), and high heat (60 °C/35 °C)
• Handles water with up to 500 mg/L suspended solids (normal towers require <200 mg/L)

The tower keeps running under harsh conditions, reducing filter load and lowering maintenance costs.

Durable Design for Long Life

• Fill thickness: 0.28 mm (PVC) or optional PP/Stainless Steel for extreme conditions
• Fan blades: Aluminum or FRP, corrosion-resistant
• Drive: Gear drive (no belts) for continuous operation in dusty environments
• Fan diameter: 1.2–10.36 m, power: 1.1–250 kW, airflow: 26,200–4,200,000 m³/h
• Drift eliminator: maze style, drift loss < 0.001% (15× better than the national standard)
