Low Resistance Design for Retrofit Projects
Our Cooling Tower Open Loop is ideal for retrofit applications where pumps may be weak or pipe runs are long. Standard towers often require high pump pressure; this tower operates with low spray pressure (0.2–0.3 MPa) thanks to larger water pipes and optimized nozzle design. It handles standard (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C) applications, with water flow ranging from 36 m³/h to 1,714 m³/h.
The system reduces resistance by 15% compared to standard towers, so existing pumps can perform efficiently-saving you the cost of a new pump.
Robust Construction Across the Range
Minimum size: 1.48 m × 3.06 m × 2.878 m; maximum: 7.08 m × 9.35 m × 6.638 m. Fan diameters range from 1.2 m to 5.5 m with power from 1.1 kW to 75 kW, delivering airflow of 26,200 m³/h up to 1,105,247 m³/h.
The body material is FRP. Spray heads are securely locked, and water distribution across different tower sections is highly uniform, with less than 3% variation.
Transparent Production and Comprehensive Service
We keep you informed during production with photos, videos, and progress tables. Standard units are completed in approximately 20 days; custom units require longer. Pre-production schedules are agreed upon before starting.
