Our Open Circuit Cooling Tower is designed for factories that run 365 days a year. It is built for heavy-duty, non-stop operation.

The tower can operate up to 8,000 hours per year, making it suitable for serious industrial applications, not light-duty jobs. Water flow ranges from 36 m³/h to 6,000 m³/h, handling standard AC (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C), and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) conditions.

Fast Access for Quick Maintenance

Quick-open doors allow maintenance without tools-just pull the handle. The fill is modular; you can remove one block while the rest stay in place. Spray nozzles rotate and detach without tools. Service time is reduced by 40%, which is crucial during short shutdown windows.

Fan diameters range from 1.2 m to 10.36 m, power from 1.1 kW to 250 kW, and airflow from 26,200 m³/h to 4,200,000 m³/h.

The tower uses a maze drift eliminator, keeping drift loss below 0.001%, so water stays in the tower, not on the ground.
