Our Open Type Cooling Tower is a comprehensive product family, including cross flow, counter flow, steel, and concrete models. Water flow ranges from 36 m³/h to 6,000 m³/h, covering small shops to large factories. It works for standard AC (37 °C/32 °C), medium heat (43 °C/33 °C), and high heat (60 °C/35 °C) applications. You can select the appropriate size from our catalog and we build it for you-no need to juggle different brands or models.

Two Airflow Types and Three Material Options

You can choose the airflow type:

• Cross Flow – low air resistance and easy maintenance.
• Counter Flow – compact design and less risk of ice formation in winter.

Body material options:

• FRP – economical and durable.
• Stainless Steel – ideal for food, pharmaceutical, or corrosive environments.
• Galvalume Steel – a balanced choice for durability and cost.

Fan diameters range from 1.2 m to 10.36 m, with power from 1.1 kW to 250 kW, providing airflow from 26,200 m³/h up to 4,200,000 m³/h. The tower uses a three-way maze drift eliminator, keeping drift loss below 0.001%-far better than national standards. This minimizes water loss and keeps the ground dry and safe.

Large-Scale Production with Quality Assurance

Our 73-acre factory has six workshops, including a dedicated open tower production line producing over 2,000 units per year. All products undergo ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications and pass the China quality center test for energy and water efficiency. Each unit is 100% inspected before shipping. We accept USD and RMB payments. New clients can pay via L/C at sight, or 30% TT deposit with 70% balance before shipment. Large orders receive discounts. Shipping terms supported: EXW, FOB, and DDP.
