Our Composite Flow Closed Circuit Cooler is suitable for small and medium projects, where space is often limited. The unit is narrow, only 1.3 m wide, so it can pass through a standard door. It can be installed on a roof or in a machine room. It handles both standard jobs (37 °C in, 32 °C out) and high-temperature applications (85–60 °C in, 45–35 °C out). The cooler accommodates water flows from 8 to 385 m³/h, making it suitable for everything from a small lab instrument to a large production line. The unit is built robustly, and you can choose the casing material: FRP, 304 stainless steel, or Galvalume steel.
Smart Design Saves Time and Money
Air enters from one side only, which simplifies the internal layout and allows easy access to the coil and spray system. Maintenance takes 30% less time. The fans range from 0.8 m to 2 m in diameter, with single-fan power from 0.75 kW to 15 kW. Multiple fans can be combined, delivering up to 492,800 m³/h of airflow. The cooler also controls noise effectively, with normal (64–78 dB(A)), low noise (55–75 dB(A)), and super low noise (50–70 dB(A)) options-ideal for hospitals, data centers, and hotels. The fan blade shape is optimized to reduce vortex noise, providing a quieter environment.
