Our Dry Wet Integrated Closed Cooling Tower is ideal for dry regions where water is scarce. The unit operates in two modes: in hot weather, it uses both wet and dry cooling; in colder conditions, it switches to dry mode only, using almost no water. It handles standard AC applications (37 °C in / 32 °C out) as well as high-temperature jobs (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). Water flow ranges from 50 m³/h up to 2,000 m³/h, making it suitable for large factories and central AC plants. The structure is robust, with major components available in FRP, stainless steel, Galvalume, or concrete.
Smart Control of Air and Water
This is not a simple combination of two systems. The tower uses a smart linkage: the dry section features finned tubes that pre-cool the air or assist the wet section, reducing water lost to evaporation. The fan can be as large as 10 m in diameter, with power ranging from 5 kW to 260 kW, and airflows reaching 2,720,000 m³/h. This allows one Dry Wet Integrated Closed Cooling Tower to replace multiple smaller towers, saving space and piping costs. Noise is well-controlled, with three levels available. The super low noise type operates at just 50 dB(A) at 1 m, even at full fan speed.
