Dry and Wet Sections Fully Separate

Our Dry Wet Separated Closed Cooling Tower uses an innovative design: the dry section (finned tubes) and the wet section (coil with spray) are located in separate zones and do not touch. This brings significant advantages. It is suitable for standard AC applications (37 °C in / 32 °C out) as well as high-temperature operations (85–60 °C in / 45–35 °C out). Water flow ranges from 50 m³/h to 2,000 m³/h. The tower allows one section to be serviced while the other continues operating, so you do not need to stop the entire system. Dry fins stay clean because spray water never contacts them. For sites with hard water, this design is an ideal solution.

Two Zones, Zero Downtime, Zero Freeze Worry

The dry section serves as a pre-cooler, reducing the load on the wet section and saving energy. Fans range from 1.8 m to 12 m in diameter, with power from 6 kW to 270 kW, and airflow from 68,851 m³/h up to 2,950,000 m³/h. The Dry Wet Separated Closed Cooling Tower also prevents scale buildup, since the dry fins are never exposed to spray water-a common problem in hard water areas. Noise is controlled in three levels: normal (64–78 dB(A)), low (55–75 dB(A)), and super low (50–70 dB(A)), meeting environmental requirements and allowing installation near homes or offices.

Yes. In winter, you can turn off the wet side and operate on dry mode only, eliminating freeze risk and protecting your coil.
