Project Conditions
Inlet water temperature: 34°C
Outlet water temperature: 29°C
Wet-bulb temperature: 23°C
Cooling capacity: 28 main units at 2,200 m³/h each, plus 4 standby units at 880 m³/h each.
Application Equipment
Cooling for monocrystalline furnaces in the ingot pulling workshop.
Solution
A counter-flow, all-steel closed-circuit cooling tower was selected to provide stable cooling for continuous, high-load furnace operation while keeping the circulating water isolated from contamination.
Operating Principle
The process fluid circulates inside stainless steel coils. Spray water flows over the coils and exchanges heat with the air. Heat is removed through evaporation, reducing the process fluid temperature.
Project Results
The system provides stable circulating-water cooling for the monocrystalline ingot production line, supporting continuous production while maintaining stable water quality.
