Our Cooling Tower Water Distribution Nozzles ensure even water distribution. If water does not spread properly, some fill remains dry. Dry fill does not cool effectively, reducing tower performance. A high-quality nozzle solves this problem. Our nozzles achieve 92% or higher uniformity, meaning almost every part of the fill receives the same water. The Cooling Tower Water Distribution Nozzles operate at 0.03 to 0.25 MPa pressure, with a flow of 1 to 20 m³/h per nozzle. The water droplets measure 1.5 to 4 mm in diameter-ideal for efficient cooling. Droplets that are too large reduce cooling, while too small droplets may be blown away.

Five Nozzle Types for Different Applications

We offer five types of nozzles:

• Spiral nozzles – produce a fine mist and operate at low pressure.
• Target nozzles – designed for dirty water; resistant to clogging.
• Rotary nozzles – distribute water over large areas.
• Reflector nozzles – suitable for gravity systems.
• Spray nozzles – for high-pressure closed towers.

Materials include ABS or UPVC for standard use, and PP or Nylon for hot water up to 85 °C. Each nozzle contains a stainless steel ring, preventing plastic wear over time and extending nozzle life.

Easy Replacement and Performance Upgrade

Our nozzles fit most cooling towers, with standard threading options: BSP, NPT, or metric. You can upgrade an existing tower without modifying the piping. Installing a low-pressure spiral nozzle can increase cooling efficiency by 8–12%, a significant gain at minimal cost. We test every batch to ensure flow within ±5% of the specified value. The Cooling Tower Water Distribution Nozzles come with a 3-year warranty. Normal aging is not covered; clogging caused by improper water quality is not our responsibility. That is why we inquire about your water quality before purchase-to ensure you select the correct nozzle the first time.
