1. An open cooling tower includes a fan, water collector, water distributor, water-spraying packing, packing support, and tower body. The water distributor in this invention is designed with parallel branch pipes arranged on the main water distribution pipe and hexagonally arranged progressively extending nozzles. The packing support uses a three-layer structure supported by a single layer of hexagonal honeycomb straight pipe packing and inclined supports. Furthermore, the fan has been improved by changing from an induced draft type to a forced draft type and eliminating the air inlet louvers. Therefore, this invention features no water drift, water conservation, pollution prevention, no clogging of the packing and nozzles, reliable operation, and good cooling effect.
2. Simple Structure of a Cooling Tower Waste heat generated during industrial production or refrigeration processes is generally removed using cooling water. The function of a cooling tower is to exchange heat between the cooling water carrying waste heat and the air inside the tower, transferring the waste heat to the air and dissipating it into the atmosphere.

It is mainly used in air conditioning cooling systems, refrigeration systems, injection molding, leather making, foaming, power generation, steam turbines, aluminum profile processing, air compressors, industrial water cooling and other fields.
